I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and upgraded me to a room with a beautiful view of the lake for free. The rooms were spotlessly clean and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the availability of English channels, which is rare in this city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were great, including a sauna and beautiful walking paths along the lake. The location of the hotel, relative to the train station, was convenient.

This hotel is situated in a great location, surrounded by greenery and various wonderful restaurants. the staff is always ready to help and provide information about the surrounding area. the rooms are luxurious and spacious, with marble bathrooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet provides a great variety of international and local breakfast choices. Guests can enjoy a marvellous dining experience in one of the hotel's impressive restaurants.

The hotel could improve its VPN settings for foreign guests.

The staff at the Hilton Wuhan Optics Valley went above and beyond to assist me when I had a medical emergency. They quickly took me to the local emergency room and helped with getting necessary prescriptions. Their response was excellent and immediate.

I had the most marvelous dining experience at Cucina Italian Restaurant. The decor was beautiful and the sunset view made it even more enjoyable. The chef's menu was a delightful culinary journey, with dishes like light-fried tuna salad and pan-fried sea bass. The attentive staff and the manager's personal touch added to the elegance of the dining experience. The afternoon tea at the Sky Bar was also a highlight, with a stunning view and delicious snacks. The ChinaChop buffet restaurant offered a great variety of breakfast choices, including local Wuhan style options. The Yuxi Chinese restaurant had a diverse range of dishes from different regions. the hotel provides a remarkable dining experience.

Location is a bit out of the way with limited options to buy food and drink outside the hotel. There was one bad experience with service in the Hubei Restaurant on the 1st floor.

Resort on lake with beautiful grounds. Close to high speed train station. Convenient for meetings. Over the top design with pools, waterfalls, and fountains. Great facilities, breakfast, staff, room, and restaurants. Excellent concierge service. Nice room with lake view. Good food in Italian restaurant. Western style restaurant and pretty outdoor landscaping.

The complimentary facts were nice, but the location was key. It was nice to have access to different things to do, and we particularly enjoyed being close to the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a major advantage.

The food was not great for what we paid for it. While the staff were friendly, their level of English was very minimal, which made communication quite difficult.

Spacious and clean rooms with great views. the hotel has amazing outdoor pools and lots of physical activities available like tennis and basketball. Free shuttle bus service to the city center and friendly staff that speaks English. the food is good with some really mouthwatering delicacies.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center and shopping areas, which makes it difficult to get around. the landscape is beautiful, but the hotel feels like a huge maze, and you have to walk long distances from one place to another.
